Mission/Vision/Values

Mission

To enable seniors to safely and comfortably age in their place of choice for as long as possible, with both dignity and confidence.

Vision

No senior should be forced to move out of their own homes when they are not ready or it is not medically necessary. With the proper assistance and the support of our caring and highly qualified staff, most seniors can continue to live happier and more meaningful lives in their own homes.

Values

At Central Valley Senior Services, we are guided by shared values that we will live by as an organization and as individuals:
  • Leadership – We look to leaders who are experienced, accomplished and knowledgeable in our field of service; active in the community and respected by their colleagues; value those they lead through support, encouragement, motivation, and in sincere expressions of appreciation.
  • Commitment – We continuously strive to safeguard the health, welfare, and general well-being of our clients.
  • Integrity - We value and practice honesty, reliability, and dependability.
  • Accountability – We back what we say and do. We will respond quickly and accurately to the concerns of our clients.
  • Collaboration – We recognize the need and value of developing partnerships with other community organizations in order to maximize services to our clients.
  • Quality – We set high standards for ourselves and take pride in what we do and how we do it.
